Not only were the results worth it but so was the experience. As soon as I arrived for my perm appointment Lolita was incredibly hospitable. She was very transparent with how my hair will take the treatment and was very informative with how to take care of my hair afterwards. Lolita took in everything I wanted my hair to be and executed it to a tee. She made sure to check up on me throughout the entire process to make sure I was comfortable and enjoying myself. Her bubbly and friendly personality made chatting so incredibly easy and for us both to enjoy and get excited about the results of my new look together. The only thing is to be prepared for how much more the products will be on-top of the initial fee if you choose to buy from them. Otherwise I was incredibly happy with my service and the results! Thank you Lolita for the hair and a good day!

Lolita helped me to overcome colour build up and helped me to blend my natural grey and brown hair to grey hair all over. Lolita really listened to what I wanted and was honest and transparent about what could be done. She really cared about the end result and about meeting my expectations and the end result is fabulous. I love my new look and am happily embracing my grey hair. There will be a few more steps to this transition until it’s complete but I’m very confident that Lolita will guide me through with her expert advice and personal attention.

Metta is a true professional who takes great care at her craft. I've had the best haircuts from her after a long time of not being able to trust hairdressers. Metta has a great understanding and sense of what you want and you can fully trust her to do a brilliant and classy job. My experience in her salon is always very peaceful and her assistant is lovely and gives a great head massage. Even though I've moved away, I still come back to Canberra to get a haircut at Saatu.

Metta is a genius. She has coloured my hair for six years and I can't imagine going to anyone else for the same quality of hair colour and style, the same warm service, and for how happy my hair is for months after I see her. My hair is black and normally resists any styling or treatment, but she's managed to dye me some fantastic fashion colours that stay vibrant for months - and my hair always feels healthier and stronger after seeing her. Metta is brilliant with style and colour, if you'd like to try something completely new then she is definitely the artist to go to!

For more than 5 years in Canberra, Saatu Hair Design is the only place I'll go for! Metta is such an authentic person. She is great in her job, she is talented and also careful. She will make you feel at home at she'll give you the best advices, not only for your hair, but also for your other concerns. Ans she gives the best head massage! I thought I knew what design what I wanted but it turned out not suited for me. After some days, I asked her for reassessment, she agreed without any hesitations and it turned out her personal touch and design is so much better! I will definitely be a regular for the rest of time! And highly recommend for everyone!
