We happened to drop by Safian & Rudolph while wedding band shopping and ended up leaving with our perfect rings. Before we came by, we had stopped at numerous other stores and just kept striking out. Thankfully, Rich came to the rescue and was able to help us pick out and customize our ideal rings. He was incredibly informative, helpful, and above all else, he was not pushy! He gave us time to discuss our options and understood exactly what we were looking for. He was also able to give us a little wiggle room in pricing which we greatly appreciated. The value is off the charts, and I see us coming back for anniversaries and such. Rich, if you happen to see this, thank you! (Also, I know some people don't believe online reviews are written by real people so thought I would say something unlikely to be written by a bot. Egg salad is criminally underrated!) Thank you for your time!

Very dishonest people. We purchased ring on 2010 and recently found out that the diamond is not the color stated on certificate also the clarity was not as stated! Couldnt believe it so had it check elswhere with same result. Also the company that provided the certificate for Safian Rudolph is out of business you can guess why.
