This was my first experience with Integrative Energy Healing, and it was wonderful. Within moments of beginning the session, Tracey honed in on an area where my energy was blocked. As she worked to address it, she asked thoughtful questions and truly listened in a way that made me feel seen and understood. By the end, I could feel a real difference in my body. My energy felt balanced, and I left feeling strong and renewed. Tracey has a genuine gift for hearing what the body and soul are trying to say, blending her empathic nature with her training to create a space for true healing and growth. I highly recommend working with Tracey, it was a lovely experience for me.

Too often with healing and therapy work, we put in lots of time and effort but don't end up feeling very healed at all. My experience with Tracey was anything BUT that!! I've never felt better after a session of anything... EVER. And I've been at this for probably 25 years lol. She's a total pro from a technical perspective, but her intuition and heart made my time with her downright magical. Tracey performs full body emotional healing (in addition to pilates, etc). While she's performing energy healing on your body (via gentle jin shin jitsu), she also speaks compassionately with you about the thoughts in your head. Her instincts about what was REALLY going on were freaky spot-on! She gets right to the heart of things faster than anyone I've ever worked with. What a relief to not spend a full session rehashing a tired back story!! I left after just one session feeling light and energized about something that has been weighing heavily on me for YEARS. Finally, there was hope pulsing through my body! Then, I went back later the same week she was able to identify and help me clear some negativity around a deeper issue that's been subconsciously affecting me since childhood. The only downside? I'm not local to Boise and so will have to find an excuse to fly back and see her again! If you're looking for a practitioner who deeply understands the power of mind/body connection, I highly recommend Tracey, without an ounce of hesitation.

I have been seeing Tracey regularly for Pilates and Intuitive Movement for more than eight years and my body and spirit are so grateful for all that she brings to our sessions. Tracey is more than a movement trainer, she is an intuitive spirit guide. As I have moved into midlife, she has worked with me to help with the transition to menopause while keeping my body strong and flexible. She brings creativity and empathy to every session, customizing our time together based on what she senses I need that day. She creates a safe space to move through challenges and achieve goals I never thought possible. I highly recommend Tracey to anyone who wants to heal and strengthen their bodies and spirits.

Tracey is an awesome Pilates instructor, who has helped me overcome my back and joint issues to stay active and go on lengthy biking and hiking trips in my 70s. She has the training, knowledge and talent to identify problem areas and provide specific exercises to help. I’m in awe of her constant search for new information, her openness to exploring traditional and alternative solutions, her talent for healing work and her willingness to work with older patients. I know every time I have a session with her — no matter what I did to irritate or inflame my body — she meets me where I am and ensures I leave feeling better and stronger. I’ve worked with Tracey for over a decade and I fully expect to keep working with her as long as I can move!

Tracey has been a huge part of my health and healing journey. I’m so grateful for her. I’ve taken many of her online Pilates mat classes. She’s an excellent teacher. I appreciate her guidance through all the movement and especially loved the energy work at the end of each class. I’ve also been to see Tracey for healing sessions. She helped me through one of the most difficult times of my life. She is highly intuitive and I appreciate her calm, gentle spirit.
