Fridge went down, and they were here within an hour of calling. John provided great service and talked me thru the repairs. He even had to get a part and come back early (0600) the next day to get the unit going. Great job !!

They got here within an hour of my call, had it completely solved in two hours. Jon and Felix were great. Yes there's a service fee of 89 bucks to come out, but it's waved when / if you have them do the work (and working on combo machines is Terrible!). Wonderful business.

Felix is great. He always finds the issue and gets it fixed right. Fast and easy. My dryer needed new front rollers and he had the parts so no need to wait for parts to come in. Very convenient and close to home so he can come same day!

Outstanding Service and Value! My washer and dryer are both over 15 years old, so when my washer suddenly stopped working, I figured it might be time to replace it. After checking prices, I was shocked at the cost of new machines and decided to give Same Day Appliance Repair Houston a call instead. From my first call to the completion of both repairs, the entire process took less than two hours! The technician was professional, efficient, and incredibly knowledgeable. Not only did he get my washer working perfectly again, but when I asked if he could take a quick look at my dryer, he repaired that too — all for under $500. It’s rare these days to find such fast, honest, and reasonably priced service. I highly recommend Same Day Appliance Repair Houston to anyone needing appliance repair. They absolutely live up to their name!
