Elbert is the real deal! Very professional, diligent and timely. He was really responsive when I reached out to him, looking for a new phone. He helped me order a great model that fit my needs and he delivered it to my door, while transferring data from my old phone to the new one. Booked an appointment through the website and Elbert texted me to confirm what I need fixed, time, date, and gave me his price which is quite good. He showed at my apartment 10mins early(Nice) and fixed my son’s iPhone in the comfort of his car. He was done in about 10mins. Good customer service and good price is why I went with Gelatotech. Will use them again when my kids decides to rage quit and take it out on their phones.
I am beyond grateful for Elbert and his team at Gelatotech! They are truly lifesavers! I have an iPhone 12 Max Pro that had growing cracks on the back, especially near the camera. I thought I had to live with it because I didn't have reasonable options (I used tape!). Elbert was quick to pick it up (same day), replaced it perfectly (with a spare back that I had), and returned it quickly! The whole process was effortless, affordable, and professional! I just got my phone screen replaced in literally less than 20 min. I called around 2:30pm and he was at my door by 4pm. Dropped my phone on Christmas Eve but have been hella lazy about getting it fixed and today was finally the day. Called several places for quotes and Elbert drove to my house and worked out his mobile repair van to get it done so efficiently and cleanly Highly recommend if anyone ever needs rapid phone repair service in the future !!
