We love San Antonio Center for Physical Therapy. Therapy is always on time. The equipment and therapists are top notch. The “gym” is a fun atmosphere. The variety of patients are friendly and inspiring. The front desk is run efficiently and with finesse. I just finished working out at SACPT and couldn’t feel better about my experience here. Sometimes I have to push myself to break away from daily life and hit the gym. This place has been the motivator that got me moving again. The gym is laid out with access in mind. The equipment is solid. I particularly enjoy the AlterG treadmill. The staff here is attentive and not overbearing. In the end, I find them to be FUN.

The place is very nice, with a lot of fancy equipment. Brian is an excellent Physical Therapist. He is friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. I injured my knee. By the end of my treatment, my legs were stronger than they started prior to the injury. Brian finds the painful spots and massages them before you leave, which decreases the pain tremendously. The staff are all great too. The whole place is cheerful and uplifting
Dr. Brian and Dr. Ely along with all of their pt assistants and office manager are truly amazing professionals and human beings!!! They truly care about your rehabilitation journey and make the entire experience positive. They take the time to access your progress, listen to any questions or concerns you may have and make changes in your physical therapy as needed. I look forward to pt twice a week because it’s an encouraging and challenging environment with a positive fun vibe in addition to making progress. I am blessed to have had each one of them help me in my strength recovery.
Doctors Nietz and Gonzalez are excellent. They are both highly skilled and caring. They ask great questions and take a real interest in you as a patient and individual understanding that everything in life is connected to your well being. Their staff is great too and you can feel the leadership from the doctors has influenced them. Overall they are form a great team and I appreciate them all. I would most definitely recommend San Antonio Center for Physical Therapy.
