Loved my experience here. From the moment I walked in I felt like a person vs just a number. If you want a more personalized experience highly recommend. Plus state of the art technology- no air puff which was a bonus. The doctor spent her time with me and was extremely informative- telling me things I have never been told in my 20+ years of going to the eye doctor. Kristi was amazing!!

Unfortunately my experience was horrible as it was deceptive. The staff was not upfront about cost and when questioned they went around to try to say they were giving me a discount but never explained my true options but rather tried to get the most money. When I called to question it after my insurance explained their high fee schedule, I was told I could have gotten a different fee schedule if I had gone with another option which was not provided to me. I would not recommend them to anyone as they will not try to meet your needs but rather make the most money. The doctor was great and likely had no idea of her staff being deceptive.

LOVE this place!!! From my 1st appt. until present, everyone here has been so helpful and knowledgeable, especially Kristi!!! My other provider wrote me a bad Rx and Dr. Pezeshk showed me how she could change my Rx to improve my vision! Life changer!!!! I’m now a loyal customer for life.

San Antonio Eyeworks took wonderful care of my child during their visit. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, patient, and made my child feel completely at ease. The doctor explained each step of the exam in a friendly, kid-friendly way and made sure my child felt comfortable the entire time. They were great about answering my questions as a parent, and the whole appointment was smooth and stress-free. The office is clean, organized, and has a nice selection of frames—my child actually had fun picking out glasses! I’m really grateful for how well they treated us. If you’re a parent looking for a place that handles children’s eye care with kindness and professionalism, I definitely recommend San Antonio Eyeworks.

I had such a great experience working with Kristy! She was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process of helping me find the perfect pair of eyeglasses. She took her time explaining everything, made sure I understood my options, and was incredibly thorough. On top of that, she was so personable and kept a positive attitude the entire time. Thanks to Kristy, I found the perfect fit and actually enjoyed the process. Highly recommend her!
