They sell the worst furniture. I got a dresser that fell apart because the nails were not sturdy it was like some sort of display furniture they sold me. Which is a scam! I got a bed that was supposed to be a good brand but the coils separated terribly on one side that is barely used. My whole bed frame fell apart after a month. They sell you shady furniture that falls apart within a couple of months. I didn’t mishandle the furniture, I thought I got a really good bed set but sadly I paid a lot of money to be scammed. I still use my bed which sucks bc everyday I’m reminded of being ripped off by this store. They wanted to charge me extra for warranty. I paid full price for delivery and the furniture and I still got ripped off. They sell terrible furniture. I couldn’t be more disappointed in this purchase and I don’t want nothing to do with these people but I could not keep this to myself anymore and need to let everyone know this before shopping here.
Great customer service. The woman, whose name I did not get, that helped us was very friendly & cordial. She was very informative when answering our questions. Our overall experience at the store was terrific. The selection was vast and varietal. It's a great first stop when looking to (re)furnish your home.
