I tried a local, family-owned company for a deep cleaning and they exceeded my expectations. They focused on details others overlook—corners, hand-washed baseboards, and even disinfected every light panel. Everything was dustless and spotless during the walkthrough, including the tops of cabinets and a thoroughly cleaned and organized refrigerator. If there were 10 stars, I’d give them all 10. I highly recommend Mrs. Clean. Jaime, Mari, and Karla are honest, detail-oriented, never rushed, and take real pride in their work.

TLDR; be wary of contracting them. They quote one thing, charge another. Broken items in the house. Delayed applying invoice adjustments. Finally did make the adjustment, now there's a 'merchants fee' that was never applied originally to make up the difference. Have been difficult to deal with since. Make sure you know what you're paying for and who is doing the work. Unfortunately, they will quote you one price, but the follow through, execution, and communication will be something absolutely different. I hired them to a deep clean on our home for an upcoming home sale showing and open house. They quoted me a price and asked for a 50% deposit. Which I paid so that we can book the service reserve our date the following week. A day and half before they were to show up, we were told that they couldn't make it and needed to reschedule for the end of the week, which would have been passed our needed deadline discussed. I had to get on the phone with manager Fernando in order to straighten everything out. He assured me he could find people to be there to make the cleaning happen, so that we did not cancel---and even assured me because of the size of the job, there would be 3 or 4 people. On the day of the job, one work showed, up and then a second worker trickled in late. They told me that it would only be two people, as we were doing the walkthrough, but assured me it would not be an issue. I went about my day as they were providing the service. Upon the end of the service, as we were going through, one of the workers pointed out that they had accidentally broken the light fixture in my bedroom and as well as a picture frame downstairs, even trying to suggest it was already cracked and was on it way to happening (it wasn't).The picture frame was no biggie, but the light fixture was glaring issue. I said I would talk to the office and work something out on an invoice adjustment. Tipped the workers and went about my business for the day. Not to mention, *later* in the evening my wife found out they blew out one of our plugs with their vacuum, but no one decided to let us know. Before I could even get a manager on the phone to discuss the issue, they were inundating my inbox with balance requests with clear language that if the balance isn't paid within 5 days it will continue to incur 10% surcharges. Finally got them to acknowledge the damage and adjustment ($14 for a light cover on a ceiling fan). Manager was difficult to get a hold of. When I was finally called back it was a different manager who assured me we would figure out. Made notes on the account. A week goes by I don't hear from anyone. Finally get an invoice update, that is more expensive than the original quote that I signed. Now they want the balance, that is more than the 50% deposit that would have applied to the balance---even after their so called balance adjustment of $14....all because now, all of the sudden there is a line item included on the new final invoice as a merchant fee for nearly $20...which was not a part of the original or deposit request which I paid by credit card. None of the issues were communicated clearly. None of the hloe they could offer made any sense other than, 'let me talk to the office and we'll get back to you' I get multiple emails from the same email claiming to be the manager Fernando, but when I call a person named Jaime told me he sent the email from Fernando's account though he has no clue what Fernando and I had discussed....or even the notes on the account from a 3rd manager name Pearla---who was the only person who seemed able to explain the issues coherently. It has been a nightmare and my patience has worn thin. I tried to be as reasonable as possible, but their explanations, communications, and work felt like we were just a quick job that turned into a prolonged awful issue. They were recommended, but seem to have gone down hill.
