My family (2 adults, 2 teens) completed two of these escape rooms. Both were excellent, and - amazingly - had very different puzzles to solve. This is unusual, as we often find similar puzzles in different escape rooms at the same establishment, which makes later rooms easier to solve. One minor problem was that not all clues were translated into English, but we were able to receive translation/support when needed.

Good experience overall. Some things are too worn which helps solve them too easily. Some were broken (which made us pass the game without unlocking a big part). Suggestion at the end to at least write"the end" on the final prop. Some puzzles lack logic others lack chronicity (takes into account today, while the clue refers to previous days). Things that are labeled not to touch are actually needed to be interacted with to solve the puzzle. But the lock for staff has the label very discreet and on a hidden side (would be better if it was bigger and easier to see). Suggestion to refresh and fix the props, and try to fix it so that the mechanisms are harder to activate without a proper item (use NFC instead of magnet).

Really cool experience. They have multiple rooms with thematics. It took about an hour to go thought our room, without success 😓. I will go again to try the other rooms! Great group activity.

We did the Vortex room several days ago and are STILL talking about how amazing it was!! We have done nearly 50 rooms as a family (2 adults, 2 teens) and, unanimously, this is our favorite room ever! Great puzzles and concept that we hadn’t seen before! The staff was helpful and accommodating (since we are only English-speaking). The room is not language specific. Highly recommend!!
