I had an excellent experience with Jack Meeks at Savills. From our first phone call, he took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and even suggested a different property to view that turned out to be a much better fit than the one we’d originally planned to see. At the viewing, Jack was incredibly accommodating. He rearranged things to suit my schedule and arrived early, which I really appreciated. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to answer every question I had about the property. I’d go as far as saying Jack is one of the best estate agents I’ve worked with. Unlike many agents who simply open the door and let you wander around, Jack walked me through the entire property, pointing out features and facilities I would otherwise have missed. He managed the whole process exceptionally well, keeping me informed at every stage, responding quickly to queries, and even working out of hours to make sure everything stayed on track. Despite a tight turnaround to move in, he guided us through the application and reference checks seamlessly. I genuinely believe Jack played a big part in how quickly we received approval and were able to meet our target start date. Throughout the process, Jack was professional, positive, and proactive. His calm and reassuring approach made what could have been a stressful experience feel straightforward and well managed. Had a good experience with Jack Meeks from Savills UK. He was so professional, warm and pleasant. He patiently showed us around the apartments we came to view. Jack is also always available to reach via Phone call or WhatsApp. I've had no issues whatsoever.
