I was genuinely surprised at how long it took to repair/replace our window. Plus, I could not believe that the window was not sparkling clean when I picked up my car. I expected a much better service from Schaefer Auto Body Center. There were also no specific details provided regarding the damage & repair other than the search for a used window!
