Schram Vineyards Winery & Brewery in Waconia, MN absolutely nailed it. From the moment we walked in, the vibes were immaculate, the drinks were flowing, and the food? Unreal. Huge shoutout to Joey S, our server, who was an absolute legend. Attentive without hovering, fun without being cheesy, and somehow always there exactly when we needed something. Truly made us feel celebrated and taken care of all night. And Samone, the chef—WOW. Every single dish was next-level. You could taste the care, creativity, and intention in everything we ate. It wasn’t just dinner, it was an experience. We were there celebrating my best friend’s 41st birthday, and Schram made it unforgettable. Between the incredible service, amazing food, and beautiful atmosphere, this place delivered in every way. We laughed, we toasted, we ate like royalty. If you’re looking for a spot that gets it right—from the kitchen to the floor—this is it. We’ll be back, no question.

Enjoyed the new Schram space during the holidays and it was spectacular! Everyone behind the bar was attentive and knowledgeable about the drinks they were pouring. Had dinner in the new restaurant and the food was great! The bartender was very helpful telling us about a few of her favorites from the menu. Highly recommend Schram for their beautiful atmosphere, drinks and food!! 10 out of 10!

What an amazing dinner at the new addition to Shrams Winery, the "Bonfire & Barrel" restaurant! The food was incredible, and the atmosphere and decor perfectly reflected the beautiful ambiance of the vineyard and its wine.

Such a beautiful place with beautiful view. Calm and so serene. Delicious food. Especially veggie pizza was yum. Beer was really good here. We loved this place .dog friendly and kids friendly too. You can celebrate birthdays here too. Wow...loved this place .
