I visited scrubdub is Woburn and Chelsea. Both were the worst car wash ever. I ended up going to a different car wash in Medford (Prestige Car Wash) after both visits. I also was told the Medford scrubdub has a defective track that moves the vehicle into the washing area. There were a number of damaged vehicles. After hearing about (3) locations I would 100 % avoid all of the scrubdub locations

Closing the interior aisle at 430 means to have nobody there at all at only 4pm, and leave customers to sit outside? I'll spend the $26 on my own vacuum. If you're not going to be OPEN during your posted hours, CHANGE YOUR POSTED HOURS.

If I could give zero stars I would. My truck was damaged the first time I visited this car wash. I pointed out the damage and filled out a claim report. No contact from Scrubadub car wash so I went by to follow up on the claim. They will not rectify the situation and are not going to pay to repair my truck. The cost to repair is over $1,000 and they are denying any responsibility for the damage. Go elsewhere!
