Great car wash. The vacuums and air pressure hose for drying small areas or blowing dust out of the car is a great idea. The car wash is good although the air dryers could be better.

Visited 12/6/2025 Truly a one-stop car wash. It’s not for everyone — just for people who actually want to enjoy the experience. Great customer service from start to finish. Jake greeted me and clearly explained the services; I honestly thought he was the owner or part of ownership. The company should be proud to have him representing them. The amenities are excellent and offer great value for everything you get: clean car mats for $5, microfiber cleaning rags, strong vacuum suction, window cleaning solution, air freshener, and compressed air to clean tight spots inside the car. There was even a kind woman offering pastries. I was just visiting the area, but this is a great concept backed by equally great customer service. My car was clean when I left. Thank you.

I’ve been to almost every carwash in town and this has to be the best! They have complimentary vacuums, towels, and dash and window cleaner. The employees are very kind. This will be my go to shop from now on :)

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at this car wash. I usually have reservations about car washes due to concerns about their brushes potentially leaving swirl marks or damaging my paint. However, Jeremy and Noah, the friendly employees, assured me that their brushes are made of Styrofoam or a soft material, ensuring they won’t cause any damage. The car wash itself left my vehicle spotless. The dryer had ample time to completely dry my car, and the vacuum bases were exceptionally clean. The manager, Juli and Miguel, personally came out to ensure my satisfaction and verify that my car was thoroughly cleaned. The exceptional customer service left me so impressed that I even asked my husband to come and get his truck washed. This car wash truly stands out as one of the best I’ve ever visited. The service is amazing, and the results are wonderful.

If there's one thing you need to know about me, it's that I LOVE car wash vacuum stations. I have been to SO MANY of them, all through So Cal and now Reno. Scrubbs is LITERALLY THE BEST ONE I've ever been to. First: the vacuums are so good - very powerful and actually work well. Second: the little air blaster guys - lots of car wash places don't have these and it's CRUCIAL. Every vacuum station has TWO air blowers. Bet. Third: the complimentary all purpose cleaner and glass cleaner, what?! It worked so well too! Fourth: It's clean clean clean. The inside of the building, the facilities, the outside, there's a bunch of employees cleaning all the time. Literally, if I could give 100 stars I would. GREAT JOB, I will be back and saying Scrubbs is my fave car wash/vacuum place because IT IS! So happy I found y'all. ✌🏽✌🏽
