Saw a promotion buy a wash get a month of washes free. Asked to do it. Guy said he had no clue how to process that and to pay now and to come back tomorrow wrote down my info and said he’d pass it on for the window sticker. Came back the next day and they told me to kick rocks. Even still had my receipt

Paid for a wash, waited in a long line, finally got in and the machine malfunctioned , didn't wash my car. Went around to tell the kid and he said I could go back through. The line was long and I was tight on time so I asked for a refund. The kid would not give a refund, said only the manager can do it. Of course no manager any where. Kid said he had been calling her all day and she wouldn't answer. Ended leaving with no wash or refund. Another person said the same thing happened to them.

Went for a regular wash. Girl said I should sign up for the monthly membership and she said she would cancel it after one month to get whatever “deal” they had going on. Definitely didn’t cancel and im still being charged. I’m disputing it with the bank. Don’t know what the point of that was, maybe she got commission for this? Anyway it was very shady. Never going back.

Customer service was horrible!!! The wash was worse. The back wasnt touched at all. I'll definitely be canceling my membership, since it doesn't even come with free air fresheners either. Expensive for what.
