Buying in Seattle is not an easy task but working with Doron was a very positive experience. We were looking for a house for a very long time and throughout the process Doron was very patient, always available and very knowledgeable about the market and conditions of a house. What great about Doron is that he didn’t want to just “close a deal” but he was helpful in finding a truly good house and in a sane price. We had several occasions where we thought a house is a good match for us and wanted to put an offer and Doron persuaded us not to do that and explained why the house is not a good house. Most real estate agents won’t do that… Doron was fast to respond and stayed calm whenever inspection or financing stuff got complicated; every time something popped up, he had a few solid options ready. In my opinion he is the top real estate agent in Seattle.

When we first came to Seattle, we were new to the city and to the US home-buying process. We initially worked with another agent, but despite being very clear about our priorities and budget, we were repeatedly shown homes that didn’t fit what we were looking for. A friend then introduced us to Doron, and the difference was immediate. As an experienced real estate buying agent, he took the time to understand exactly what mattered to us. Doron showed us a wide range of properties across different neighborhoods and explained the character and tradeoffs of each area. He was resourceful and imaginative in finding leads, including homes we would not have discovered on our own. Thanks to his persistence, we ultimately found and purchased our house—something that would not have happened without him. Throughout the process, Doron was patient, honest, responsive, and very clear in guiding us through the US paperwork, which was especially valuable as newcomers. We always felt well-represented.
