I love this wine shop. The staff is always welcoming and helpful. There is a nice selection of wines to choose from as well as snacks. I would definitely recommend Second Bottle to anyone looking for a beautifully curated wine shop. We are so lucky to have them in our neighborhood!

Stopped by last Thursday for the wine tasting, first and last visit. Service was abysmal. Although I made eye contact with the owner/manager, she made no attempt at a greeting. We waited about 5 min while the man behind the bar ignored us and continued to chat with two women standing there. We left. After we exited, the owner/manager ran out of the door to the sidewalk after us to finally welcome us to the wine tasting, we declined for obvious reasons. Additionally, no attempt was made by any member of staff to acknowledge the two people that entered after us. Although this shop is in my neighborhood, I would never recommend supporting it. The vibe is horrendously unwelcoming.

Love this shop. They have a great rotating and regular selection of wines from various regions. The snacks are also to die for especially the cookies and any number of tinned seafood. I would love to see a Virginia specific section especially with tariffs happening.

I love this gem in Church Hill. Exceptional service!! I was guided in the right direction with my preferred taste and budget! The atmosphere is also very warm and inviting! My new favorite wine shop in RVA

A true gem of a find. Our hands-down favorite spot to purchase wine, cheese, charcuterie, and additional premium quality provisions. The owner can almost always be found working the shop. She’s the absolute best 👌🏼 She is also incredibly knowledgeable and eager to assist everyone. Give her some details of what your general wine and flavor profile preferences are, and she will undoubtedly set you up for success. Not to mention, you’ll possibly learn something new that can be very valuable for those unfamiliar with wine or looking to explore. A must visit, for anyone and there are dog treats for your Pupperoni! What more could you want?!
