Jessica, my therapist, was very through with my initial evaluation and took time to explain my condition and the exercises she was giving me. I could tell she was sincere in wanting me to recover. She was very pleasant, positive and professional. Nakia, Patient Service Specialist, was very helpful with my referral paperwork, and very polite from my fist telephone call, visit, scheduling and explanation of the process. They are definitely the best physical therapy firm I have had in the Natomas area. I highly recommend this office of Select Physical Therapy.

I've been getting my PT done here with Jessie & Raquel for the pass 2 months after I ruptured my achilles tendon. I can say without a doubt that these two physical therapist will be able to assist in improving strength, endurance, and most of all peace of mind. Aside from the phenomenal training I have received I have also received great help from Nakia as she has been able to shine through insurance troubles I faced when navigating my qualifications to attend this office. Staff here are so flexible with scheduling and go above and beyond when assessing and triaging my condition in various aspects of my progress.

Absolutely love the staff! Working with Raquel and Jessica. I've been going about 2 weeks now. I feel comfortable and completely supported. Each new task is fully explained, detailing the pros and cons for each movement. What is expected or normal to feel and what is not and also when to stop. They dont just say here what you need to do. Its also making sure there is an understanding as to why the specific tasks are assigned. I would highly recommend Select Physical Therapy - Natomas.

So Jessie and her staff are awesome. I have been rehabilitating from total knee replacement surgery and am preparing for surgery on my other knee. I asked for them to push me hard, and they have really made a difference in my ongoing recovery this summer. I expressed weight loss and exercise type milestones at the beginning and they have set up specific exercises and workouts to continue to help me reach them. I will definitely continue through next year with Select PT with my other knee.
