We have had a great experience with Dr. Shadi Lavassani. She listens to our concerns and has been helpful. However, the scheduling system is poorly configured. I had mine and my children’s appointments canceled today and hour before the appointment due to not confirming a text message yesterday that I never received. They booked another client in our slot without even a phone call to me before cancelling our appointments. This is not the first time I’ve had issues with this. They have tried canceling my appointment many times due to not confirming in some hour time slot. I work during the day so if a phone call or text message does come in at 3pm I may not get to it until later. I’ve been working with them on this for a while now and it’s very frustrating that this experience is still happening to me and I wanna make sure others know that this is a potential challenge you may have with this company.

I just started seeing Lucy a couple months ago and I transferred to Serenity from another practice that I dealt with for 2 years and always had a horrible experience, they were very unprofessional!! I am so pleased and happy with Lucy & the Serenity Staff! 🥰 When I did my intake, Chasity was who I spoke with on the phone and she was so unbelievably nice and caring and empathetic. I think I was on the phone with her for over an hour, at least, AND in the evening. As someone who has worked in customer service my whole life, I truly appreciate good customer service. And it's everybody that you talk to when you call. I want to know who trained them and somehow bottle it up!! 🤌🏼 They have the BEST customer service. 🤌🏼 It's like a breath of fresh air! 🥰 Serenity Health operates the way it should and it is the epitome of what mental health care should be! I would HIGHLY recommend this practice!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I was skeptical about trying TMS therapy at first. However, my technician Lizette was wonderful. She understood me so well and made my experience positive. I tried the Ketamine and It was interesting because it makes you feel better but seemingly temporary. Carlos Aleman my counselor is fantastic. He is thoughtful, knowledgeable and kind. Overall, I feel Serenity provides a positive environment allowing for healing. I would also like to add that the whole staff is friendly and go the extra step to make sure you are comfortable.

Serenity has been awesome. Carlos Aleman is super easy to talk to. And Michaela (my TMS tech) is the best. She makes every session feel comfortable and not awkward, which I appreciate. The whole place just has a calm vibe. If you’ve been thinking about getting some help or trying TMS, I’d totally recommend them. It’s been a really good experience.

Dr. Norman and his staff are phenomenal!! Every.single.employee! I've not had acsungle issue with them. If you need anything his staff contacts you the next day, rather than the normal clinic 48 hour turnaround time. I can't brag on this place enough. Call and get an appointment! Also, TMS therapy did amazing things for my ADHD and bipolar diagnosis. His TMS staff Victoria is so great with her patients.
