Serenity Pet Spa East | Dog Grooming Madison

I have been taking my very spoiled princess of a dog here for about 6 months, and I have never had anything except an absolutely stellar experience. They don't put the dogs in crates between steps of the grooming, which is one of the major reasons that I like them; my dog comes home happy and exhausted which is a great bonus. She also comes home beautifully trimmed, clean and smelling sweet, which is absolutely wonderful. Their price is absolutely fair, it's comparable to other places that provide less service. I could not recommend them more!

I brought in my senior pup (16.5 y/o) for his first groom at this location, and not only were the staff extremely kind and welcoming, asking first what we had in mind for Peanut’s groom, but also transparent and respectful about pricing, what they were able to do during the appointment, and how with following grooms we could progress toward our ‘grooming goals’. Peanut is a very vocal, sensitive, and anxious boy, and he was treated with the utmost care and attention. I’m very careful and picky with groomers for my senior boy and extremely happy with how he turned out, looking forward to returning for future grooms! Thank you!

Flash saw Kara for his first grooming session. She did a great job! He has short hair so just got the bath, ears, nail trim, etc. I was surprised to hear he did great! He tolerated everything but the blow dry. I am very happy with how clean he is! Well be back every 6 weeks. Thank you Serenity PET Spa - East!

Great groomers!!! The quality of the haircuts and the no crating of the dogs makes the price totally worth the service. I think my Great Pyrenees mix would win in any dog show after he visits the spa. If you have a fur baby that is terrified of the groomer, give Serenity Spa a try. You won’t be disappointed.

My pup had a bad experience at another grooming place prior to this visit. Because of the last experience, my pup was very nervous and shaking while we were in their waiting area, but the groomer we had was very careful and gentle with my little guy which helped him warm up to the groomer fairly quickly. I highly recommend this place as they seem to be very experienced with dogs and I love the fact that they have some dogs roaming around playing while waiting to be groomed. My pups haircut turned out amazing and the groomer definitely listened to my request.
