We’ve been taking our dog here for about a year and couldn’t be happier with the service we receive. Our pup has extremely sensitive skin and would often come back from groomers with sores on her skin due to rough brushing or them not using the special shampoo we provided. Serenity has taken the time to really get to know our dog and her skin needs- the groomers there always have notes ready from previous appointments so that she is well taken care of regardless on who her groomer is on her appointment days. I also appreciate that we can leave her there all day, as my husband and I both work full time. I truly appreciate the special care that they give our dog.

Brought my Australian Shepherd here for the first time and was very impressed with how well they groomed her. The service was great, everyone I interacted with was so nice and knowledgeable. Their love and care for the animals really shows. We will definitely be returning!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Serenity Pet Spa is absolutely amazing! They go above and beyond every single time. The care, attention, and love they show my fur-baby is unmatched. What really says it all is how excited he gets when we pull into the parking lot — that’s not normal for him, and it speaks volumes about how wonderful the team is. They truly make every visit a positive experience, and I couldn’t imagine taking him anywhere else. Highly recommend Serenity Pet Spa to anyone who wants their pet cared for like family! 🐾💛

I think most dogs and their families will have positive experiences at Serenity. When I go, there are multiple dogs getting groomed…all looking awesome. I bring in my beagle who has to tell everyone he is in the building. They accept him, and smile, and are so kind to him. They say he’s a sweetheart which he is. He comes back so soft, smelling nice-even with the gentle shampoo, short nails and clean teeth.

I highly recommend Serenity Pet Spa West! The staff is incredibly friendly, respectful, and clearly passionate about what they do. Booking was quick and easy, and they were able to fit me in at a time that worked perfectly for my schedule. The groomers took the time to ask plenty of questions to make sure my dog’s haircut would fit his personality, coat type, and lifestyle. They were patient and gentle, and my dog came home looking (and smelling) amazing. I really appreciate the level of care and attention to detail they put into their work. I will definitely be returning!
