We cannot say enough good things about Paws and Claws. When our flight into Madison was unexpectedly canceled this evening, we reached out with an emergency, last-minute request after hours. They responded immediately and without hesitation stepped in to help. Knowing that one of our cats needs morning medication made the situation especially stressful, but they assured us right away that they would be there in the morning to feed and care for our cats. That level of responsiveness, reliability, and genuine care for our pets gave us such peace of mind during a stressful travel disruption. Paws and Claws has been our go-to petsitter for over 8 years, through multiple cats and moves. They've always provided excellent care (even to our medically needy cats) and communicated promptly with any concerns. I appreciate that they take time to send cute photos and do other small tasks like bringing in packages that we forgot were being delivered. I will never use another service if I can help it!
We couldn't be happier with Paws and Claws. We've been customers for more than 7 years for two cats, on average for one multi day trip a month. Corrine leads a team of detail-oriented care givers. They work hard to get to know you and your pets. They're very good about keeping up to date on changing circumstances and needs and respond quickly to portal messages. Scheduling and payments are very easy online. I trust paws and Claws with my fur baby and my home. Highly recommend!
We've used Paws and Claws since 2019 and LOVE their services. Their scheduling software is quick and easy to use, making trip planning easy. And when we're away we love getting the daily email messages and "proof of life" photos. It's clear their staff really care about animals and we love that we have "regulars" who have built a rapport with our cats - even our shy girl comes out for pets and play when they visit.
Paws and Claws are amazing. My beloved kitties love visits from them, and since we travel a fair bit it makes me feel so much more happy knowing they are well taken care of. I trust them and can’t recommend them highly enough!
