I have some serious lower back issues and have had a few sessions with Mark to help strengthen my lower back safely while still building muscle. Mark has been really helpful in finding the right exercises for me and being sure I wasn't agitating my lower back while still challenging me. Would highly recommend training with him if you are working through an injury and trying to get back into a routine. Looking forward to more progress!
Seriously Strong Gym is an amazing fitness facility! Athena and Keith are great people — informative and incredibly knowledgeable with the your best interests in mind. They take the time to understand where you are in your fitness journey and helps you develop a plan for your workouts or modifying exercises if needed. They fact they also offer a pickleball element, if needed, is a plus. Whether you’re a beginner or advanced, this gym is a great place to meet or exceed your fitness goals! Highly recommend
I have been training at seriously strong now for three months. I'm 62 and had let some chronic back and joint problems curtail my physical strength and balance At risk of hyperbole, working with Keith,Athena and mark has more than exceeded expectations As a medical professional, I sensed a professional experience, with standard measures of weight , BMI etc. before we touched a weight there was a comprehensive assessment of posture, muscle strength , balance, range of motion, that demonstrated a fundamental of knowledge, attention to detail that I would ascribe to physical therapy. Sessions are balance with complementary compound movements, isolation, core,balance and aerobic activities. There is encouragement but also the "tough love" to ensure proper form to prevent injury and progression of strength The equipment is state of the art, meticulously maintained and cleansed. The other clients are all courteous as we move about the stations without grunting and preening at large commercial gyms you are part of the community day one

Joey, the personal trainer, is absolutely outstanding—knowledgeable, motivating, and genuinely committed to helping you reach your goals. Even the water here tastes like it’s straight from a mountain stream in Hawaii! The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, creating a positive, supportive atmosphere from the moment you walk in.
