The terms "customer" and "service" are two of the most bleached in our time. I am not a "customer" of a bureaucratic official organized crime center. There is no "service." I woke up to my car being towed because I was "illegally parked" somewhere I park all the time. Going down, I see there are signs detailing the block a No-Zone temporarily because SFJAZZ claimed the block for 78 hrs with no prior warning, just posting signs on the block on the feeble assumption I would be there to see. Despotism on display, but you'll never see anyone protesting this.

The people who work here did not have your car towed. Read that again if you need to. Being pissed at them does you no favors. It sucks completely to have your car towed, but I found the people who worked here are very compassionate. I’m probably put up with a lot of real jerky. People be nice to them, and save the heat for the person who got your car towed in the first place.

People there do not tell you all the info needed to retrieve vehicle. They will impound your car and not tell you after 72 hours they Remove your vehicle to the Daly city lot on the other side of town. You have to call and request information. People are quite rude as well.

They destroyed my front bumper then tried to tell me the damage was already there. I am going to sue them.
