Shawn is phenomenal! Her knowledge and expertise is on another level. During the process of securing my mortgage, I admit that I was hesitant to follow some of her recommendations but I am so glad that we humbled ourselves and went through the process. The whole time, her patience and professionalism never wavered. Everyone involved in the process had faith in the divine Connection that we all felt and witnessed woven in every step. This is definitely my “go-to” for lending and I highly recommend her. “Just Go!” Don’t Stop

Working with Shawn was an absolute game‑changer for us. After two other brokers failed to secure our HELOC, we were beginning to lose hope. Our situation was anything but simple— foreign sourced income, time‑zone challenges, and constantly shifting lender guidelines—yet Shawn navigated every obstacle with remarkable skill and unwavering professionalism. From day one, she made us feel like a priority. She didn’t just process our file; she advocated for us at every step, escalating issues when needed and ensuring our case received the attention it deserved. Her communication was clear, timely, and proactive, even across time zones. And her follow‑through was truly unmatched—she never let anything slip through the cracks. Shawn succeeded where others couldn’t, and she did it with grace, expertise, and genuine care. We are deeply grateful for her dedication and would recommend her without hesitation to anyone seeking a mortgage professional who goes above and beyond.

My lending process took a considerable amount of time due to some of my qualification challenges. However, Shawn kept me informed every step of the way. At times during this process, for personal reasons, it was emotional while uncertainty surrounded the outcome of my loan. Shawn was not only a solid loan broker, but also a counsellor in putting me at ease during a difficult period for me. I would endorse Shawn without hesitation. She is a good steward of loans...and of people!
