Tom helped me through the loan process as a first time home buyer and was there to answer our concerns right away. It felt like it took a while at first but that was because we got underwritten before we started looking at houses. Once we got under contact he was giving us updates and checking in regularly. We closed as anticipated. I would say overall the process was pretty smooth. We started applications in early March and are closing this month in mid June.
