I worked with five different lenders before finding SunnyHill, and every single one gave me misinformation or used shady sales tactics that made me uneasy. Then I found SunnyHill online — and from the start, the experience was completely different. John McGuire immediately got to work, communicated clearly, and was upfront about every step of the process. He not only secured me the best rate — beating every offer from local lenders, banks, and even Veterans United — but also took the time to educate me on all the possibilities available through the VA loan program. They have my highest recommendation, and I look forward to working with them again for future purchases or a refinance. My only regret is wasting time with the other lenders first.
I can’t recommend Brian Cooke and Brian Finley enough! They got me the best rate I’ve ever seen (during my intense daily research) on my VA loan, far better than I expected. From day one, they were always responsive, answered every question quickly, and made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. I literally did not worry about anything during the process, I simply uploaded documents ONCE , there weren’t any repeat requests , outrageous requests, or lost documents… it was actually too easy. I literally had other banks and credit unions tell me what they were offering was impossible. Simply put: If you want someone who will fight to get you the best deal and stay on top of everything from start to finish, look no further. Truly top-tier service!
