⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Service and Quality Work! I had an amazing experience at this body shop. The staff were professional, honest, and kept me updated throughout the whole repair process. My car looks brand new again — they did an outstanding job with the paint and detailing. The price was fair, and the work was completed on time. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality and trustworthy service!

Babylon Body Shop is a place you can trust where the people who work there actually care about you. While my vehicle was in the shop, I dealt with Omar, who was incredibly responsive and expressed genuine concern in repairing my vehicle. I had damaged my right rear bumper in an accident, and it was in need of repair since I was getting ready to sell the it. He fought tooth and nail with my insurance company to source new parts (the insurance company was trying to give me used parts) and that’s exactly what he did. Midway through the work, I visited the vehicle. Beyond just fixing the rear bumper, they also fixed any small scratch I had on the exterior paint. I didn’t even ask them to do this. To top it all off, they even detailed the vehicle at the end and it literally looked like it came off a lot. After all the work, I asked Omar to drive the car to the dealer I was selling the vehicle to as I was outside of Columbus. He was happy to drive it there. These people can and should be trusted. I’d recommend this shop to anyone.

The guys are very nice and my car looks amazing. They went above and beyond by detailing the interior, which absolutely made my entire summer. Two reasons for docking a star. They didn’t tell me there was an extra fee for using my credit card. Had I known, I would have brought my checkbook. I ended up paying $75 extra for the fee. So bring your checkbooks! Also, there is some spray on the windshield I can’t get off. I’m not sure if it’s wax or clear coat. I’ve messaged them twice about how to get it off and haven’t gotten a reply.

Babylon Body shop has done an excellent job on my Camry 2013 car. The people are very professional and helpful. They went extra mile to make us happy.

Its always difficult to initially find a mechanic or body shop worth trusting your car/money to and with this being my first time dealing with such substantial damage to a car I own, I tried my best in extensively searching through reviews, photos and ratings of shops in Columbus. Babylon Body Shop is a definite choice id recommend to anyone in need of body work for their vehicle. They not only repaired every part seen in the photos but even went to the extent of taking the tinted window out of the old back driver side door that was caved in and put that window in the new door so I wouldn’t need to redo the tint. There is also a grey strip on my front bumper that I personally painted black to match the rest, once the new front bumper arrived they painted the same strip black for me to match what I had previously as well as a full engine bay and interior detail cleaning. Overall Id give Babylon Body Shop 6 stars for their customer service and work they did if I was allowed so and will be recommending them to anyone I know in the future in need of body work done.
