I LOVE SheFighter and the owner Lina!! I've only taken two classes, but I feel like I've already found a community and a place that I didn't know I needed to find in Toronto. I had never tried boxing before, but I was able to do a free trial class to see if I liked it. My coach, Lina, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. She made the transition into boxing feel comfortable and tailored the session to my skill level, which I really appreciated. I will definitely be taking more classes here. Thank you ^^
I started going to SheFighter because I wanted something to do after work that I would truly enjoy, while also staying active and avoiding extra hours at my desk. I attended my first class a while ago, and since then I haven’t stopped going—at least three times a week. SheFighter is more than a workout program; it’s a safe and empowering space for women. It makes you feel comfortable with yourself, confident, and motivated to meet new people and keep coming back to learn more. Lina truly loves what she does—she’s an amazing teacher and athlete, and she makes everyone feel welcome regardless of fitness or athletic level. If you haven’t tried it yet, go for the free first class—you’ll definitely want to come back for more.
