Just recently dined in Loved the coffee shop and their desserts. As soon as we walked in, the barista greeted us and showed us where to order and the dessert station and id we had any questions or recommendations. We ordered tiramisu and others as the pic. They were amazing, my friend enjoyed it so much. Everything was great and i’d def come back next time. Not so sure many feedback about the customer service, as a customer service myself, they did a good job. :) keep it up guys!

I have been here a few different times and Vlad is always very helpful and kind. I study here and he always makes sure we have the wifi password and that our stay is as comfortable as possible. He is extremely personable and has a genuine interest in making sure his customers have a great experience. I usually like to try new places and don’t usually come back to the same place repeatedly but the customer service here was so good that it left a lasting impression. I also don’t normally try new food/drink but his description of the vanilla raf sounded so good and I ended up being so happy with my choice! I also got the Kiev cake and it was one of the most delicious cakes I have ever tried. Thank you Vlad and the rest of the Sho team for creating such a positive atmosphere!

For a long time, I wanted to try this place because I love Ukrainian food, but my experience was extremely disappointing. From the moment we walked in, I had a feeling it would not go well. We stood waiting for someone to greet us and show us where to sit, which took about 3 minutes. The waiter briefly said, “Just a moment,” without asking if we were dining in or ordering takeout. After waiting, we were finally told to sit anywhere, but no one explained that we had to order and pay at the counter first. We figured that out ourselves, after 5 minutes of waiting. We ordered a latte, espresso, syrnyky, and bruschetta with shrimp and salmon. The barista made the coffee and left it sitting on the counter for about 5 minutes; by the time I got my latte, it was cold. When I asked for a replacement, they simply reheated it in the microwave , if I wanted microwaved coffee, I would have made one at home. The syrnyky were half warm, clearly reheated rather than freshly made,( which should be communicated with us) with a dry crunchy outside and cool inside. I had hoped this would become my go-to coffee spot since it is close to work, but this was my first and last visit. The service was terrible, and the barista had an attitude as if she were doing customers a favour. I will definitely not be returning

Loved this cafe outside campus! The interior design is so aesthetic and their HAZELNUT RAF, obsessed! A must-try. All the staff was so friendly, they even explained the story behind the paintings. The atmosphere here makes it the perfect spot to study. I just wish they have a bigger cup size options, the coffee was so so good.

Stopped by for a coffee and a pastry with my daughter. We were greeted by a very pleasant young man. Service was very good and friendly. The pastries were delicious and the Americano was very nice. My daughter also enjoyed her Hot chocolate. The atmosphere is pretty nice with paintings from local artists. The place is nice and clean and enjoyable.
