I’ve read the reviews for BRIDGEWATER vet hospital and I will base my review on all My experiences through the years. Every time I have visited I have had a great experience. Everything was explained rather well by the vets and staff. My Great Dane was hospitalized July 2020 and Oct 2024. Both experiences were excellent. The communication by the vets and daily calls for updates exceeded my expectations. I got three calls a day to update me on my dogs progress. The fees are higher compared to other emergency vet clinics I went to. They direct bill Trupanion which is amazing when the care starts to add up. I had a bad experience here trying to get the staff to call my insurance to confirm something. The third staff member I spoke to took care of it right away. We now do weekly rehab sessions here with Vero. My dog loves going to rehab. All the staff are extremely friendly and treat my dog like the princess she is. Highly recommend the staff.

Feb 16th was a heartbreaking day as we had to say goodbye to our beloved Dodger. The staff was incredibly compassionate and understanding as we dealt with all the emotions one goes through during this time. We also received a sympathy card yesterday with some beautiful, heartfelt words written on the card. Just wanted to thank everyone who was on shift that evening. Your kindness was very much appreciated. This was my first time dealing with Bridgewater and I was very impressed. Would not hesitate to contact/refer them if needed. Deb & Bob Sudoma

The doctors & staff were amazing. I love that they make a plan, share the plan with you, but also show you X-rays and tell you about other tests they do. They also tell you up front the cost of everything they do, and ask if we agree to proceed with tests. Very friendly, they love animals, very professional with all. ❣️I was so impressed!!
