I had a mayan abdominal massage which was very relaxing and enjoyable, very thorough, almost a full body massage. I also learnt how to perform the massage on myself at home which was great. I'd definitely come again if I could afford to. I did get pregnant a few months after my treatment, but also had acupuncture regularly and made other lifestyle/diet changes.

I had a really lovely chat with Judith for my skin consultation. She was very friendly and knowledgable, discussing all options for treatments and products to help my skin. I had a facial, back, neck, arm, hand and head massage. It was the most relaxing experience I've ever had! Not only was my skin glowing afterwards but I had a brilliant sleep that evening and felt so refreshed the next day. I highly recommend it to anyone who is feeling quite stressed!

Had a wonderful treatment today with Donna-Marie. From start to finish, staff are welcoming and the clinic is beautiful. My treatment was exactly what I needed and Donna-Marie was so lovely and made me feel immediately at ease. I will be making this my regular spa for definite. Thank you x
