The workers were so professional. They listened to my concerns and preferences when it came to Botox, giving me a balanced viewpoint without feeling any pressure to do more than what I wanted. The price was amazing, the treatment was quick and I felt informed throughout the process. I purchased a microneedling apt to happen a few weeks from now once everything is settled. I wanted to share with all of you the great experiences I have had since I joined Skin Vitality. I wouldn’t be honest if I said that there weren’t a couple of mishaps along the way however, the team maintained a level of professionalism throughout the experience and were always gracious to help work on a solution not because they HAD to but because they WANTED to. I believe that Customer Service isn’t about the customer being right it’s about how you make the customer feel when your business or partners have made a mistake. Today was my first time visiting Skin Vitality and the experience was nothing short of amazing. All the ladies were so sweet and welcoming. They listened to what I wanted and weren't pushy with their services. 100% recommend the Stoney creek location. Im already looking at my calendar to book my next session lol.

I used their facial hair removal service, and it left me with burns and persistent redness on my face. It has now been over two months, and my skin is still red and has not healed. When I returned to the clinic to raise my concerns, I was told it would be fine, and the technician said the treatment was done well. Unfortunately, my experience suggests otherwise. I would not recommend this service and advise others to proceed with caution.

If you’re looking to look amazing on a budget, this clinic in Stoney Creek is the place to go. I had Botox and fillers done there, and honestly… the results, the service, and the staff were incredible. They really work with your budget, give you honest recommendations, and still deliver top-quality results. They even surprised me with some free goodies — who does that anymore? 🤍 They also have multiple locations, so you can choose the one closest to you for convenience. Highly recommend — you will NOT regret it.
