I love the way their membership is setup - I can book time with Mia and together we can decide what’s a good treatment for me based on how my skin looks. Such a hidden gem on Newbury Street! After searching for a while, I’m so glad I stumbled upon this place. From the moment I walked in, the vibe was amazing, so cozy, calming, and welcoming. The entire team was incredibly friendly and made it feel like a space you instantly want to come back to. My facial with Allie was wonderful, she was knowledgeable, gentle, and made the whole experience feel so relaxing. Olivia, the manager, was equally amazing and truly made me feel like a long-time customer even though it was my first visit. You can really feel how much care they put into their clients. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a great facial spot in Boston! ✨
