The 0.25 retinol worked well for me and most importantly I had a great experience customer service wise with an online order. A big thank you to Melissa Do who was friendly, professional and super efficient. She resolved all of my concerns so fast and was such a joy to deal with. ❤️❤️❤️

The owner Julie replied the questions really quickly and she was super nice 💕 the nurse Andrea was really gentle with the injection and patiently clarified my doubts. Staff Johanna (not sure if I spell the name right) and Naomi were really friendly and helpful. Overall a really great experience here, and this is my second time☺️ I’ll be back!
