Nice guys. Did a good job replacing the sunroof on my 2017 Audi. They quoted me a firm price of $800 over the phone. But when they arrived they said that their costs had risen, so they were going to charge me $900 instead. They just stared at me when I asked them to consider how this looks from the customer's perspective, and even when I asked him how he would feel if I had told him I was only going to pay him $700. In the end, I paid them $850 for a job well done.
I’ve used Sky Auto Glass Service for three replacement windows (two break ins and a cracked windshield). Jorge has done all three repairs and always does a great job. It stinks to need new windows but I’m glad to have a company I trust.
