If I could leave less than 1 star, I would. Place was not clean and the staff is young, under-trained and just plain rude to the children. I was here for my son’s birthday and what should have been a fun, memorable day turned into an evening of my children being berated for simply being kids. This should go without being said but if you don’t like kids or the loud noises they make, don’t work here!!!

Awesomeness for my kids. It is a fun family atmosphere. Best part at night when the lights come on it’s a party for the kids!! Great time here!!!!woot! Woot!!!

Worst time to visit this place is in the summer. It’s super hot inside. Staff said that the AC’s weren’t working. It was cooler outside in the 90 + degree temperature. It wasn’t too crowded and the kids were able to do their thing without waiting too long. Staff was pretty nice, but the restrooms were filthy. Other than that, the kids had a good time.

Sky Zone on Zaragoza is absolutely fantastic! All of the staff are great and provide excellent customer service. The environment is welcoming and enjoyable for both kids and adults. A special shout-out to Victor, who has been more than helpful every time we visit. We've purchased the monthly membership, and it is totally worth it. The kids have an amazing time while also being physically active. We did the Glow After Hours, our last visit, and the kids had an awesome time glowing and jumping around. I highly recommend this place for its friendly, family-oriented environment and all-around great experience at a reasonable price. Thank you, Giselle and Sky Zone staff, for always providing excellent customer service!!!

My daughter was invited to a birthday party here but decided to stay with my other kid so I could check it out. I paid for myself, not knowing it was free admission for non-jumpers. That would have been helpful to know, but I searched the website thoroughly, and I couldn't find that info. The prices are reasonable, so I figured I could get in there and jump around, too. When I needed a breather, I stood on the side of the jumping wall to get out of people's way. Immediately, an attendant came and told me I couldn't stand on the padding, which really bothered me, because I had not been standing there more than 20 seconds and I really just needed a little breather not in anyone's way or hurting anyone. On another note, they have a small arcade that free. I didn't try the food, but put a pic of the menu and prices so you can check them out. I did notice a few things that have been pointed out in other reviews: 1. The place is a little run down and dirty 2. There are a lot of workers just standing there chatting 3. The water fountain had a huge water puddle of water that was there for my entire 2 hour stay 4. A few of the arcade machines were not functioning I guess you get what you pay for.
