Let children get attacked by animals. Place is unsafe, under staffed and mismanaged. I don’t recommend ever sending your children here.

**Updating review, and increasing a star. A manager reached out to us today, not even a full 24 hours after reaching out to them. He rectified the situation to the best of his ability. Overall, despite the poor experience, we are very happy with how this was resolved. Really hoping upper management steps up and does what they need to, to get this facility back up to a decent standard! It really seems like the daily staff is just not given the means to be able to do so, including the managers, and that is sad for them! Had my kids birthday party here tonight which is close to $300. The place is extremely neglected appearance wise. the sink in the women's bathroom was broken and just laying on the floor with a plastic bag on it? The paper towel dispenser was empty the entire time we were there. The bathroom smelled and was gross. There was an overabundance of tampons in the bins as if they hadn't been changed in over a day. No way that many females are going in there, in what should be an hourly cleaning schedule, and disposing of enough tampons to fill multiple bins to the brink and beyond. There was like one or two employees I saw that were "supervising" the floor but they were on their phones instead. I get it, they are young but there should be someone supervising them to make sure this doesn't happen. The party room was abismal, there was a bench that was rocking back and forth like it only had one screw left in it, literally a mini teeter totter. There was some kind of like towel or coat rack that was only partially affixed and just hanging from one anchor. There was also water some sort of liquid on the floor under one of the tables. Did they even really clean? We also specifically stated we wanted the last thirty minutes to be dedicated to the party room because we didn't want them jumping after eating. Instead they called us to the party room and hour before and placed The pizza out. I then had to go out of my way from watching my kids play to go and tell them to place it back under the warmer. A little dramatic because the walk wasn't that and mistakes like this can happen when they have a bunch of other parties going on, but still. The pizza was gross, although the kids liked it. I ordered popcorn chicken which came out I would say about 15 minutes later. They make it sound so so delectable on the menu but it's literally just generic store-bought popcorn chicken that they pop into an air fryer or some sort of oven. deff not tasty, plus it was burnt. For $7.50 tho? My kids fathers food also took at least 20 minutes to come out which was just pretzels and fries. Like if you all are offering these items, make sure your facility is equiped to do so in a timely fashion. Better equipment maybe? For the price people are paying this facility to use it, it should not be in this condition! I will say after all my negativity the most of the staff including the manager were very nice and the pretzels were super tasty! Unfortunately, I'm assuming that they're either understaffed or that upper upper management just doesn't care about this location and is just leaving the GM and other managerss out high and dry and without support.
