Loved it and so did my kids! We got our socks and jumped until our hearts were content and legs were sore✨️parking is a breeze, you can pay on line or when you get there which is super convenient,same with signing the waiver, they have a nice snack stand with a plethora of options to choose from, their bathrooms were clean, you can use a paid locker or a free cubby hole next to the lockers but beware they are not responsible if any valuable items go missing🫠thats about it✨️happy jumping😊💕

Yesterday, while visiting the park with my kids, I was very disappointed to overhear inappropriate language being used over the microphone. One of the managers was cussing at a girl on the courts, which upset her so much that she was brought to tears. Additionally, it was clear that the park was extremely understaffed, and it seemed like the workers were being treated poorly. I do not want my children exposed to swearing or a negative environment while at your facility. I hope you take this feedback seriously and work to improve the atmosphere and staffing at your park. Never coming back again, If you can’t even treat your own staff properly how am I expecting you to treat me and my family properly. FYI (this place needs shut down with how understaffed they are.)

Stopped in for visit. Before even getting to play power went out. Was instructed to call corporate they will be able to issue refund. No number available online. So I emailed them. No response. Tried calling store for days....No answer. Tried messaging chat. No personal info surrounding my request asked for. Just told cant issue refund on chat. Give 24 hours they will escalate to manager.....No response 7 days later.

I was charged for membership for 6 months despite being told to stop by front desk before I leave and they would cancel it for me same day. I have contacted them but you cannot get a human. This place is expensive and no where near as nice as urban air. I highly recommend urban air in Irwin over this place who will lie and fraudulently charge your card. At bare minimum their customer service sucks and obviously their front desk employees do not know what they're doing or follow through with what they say they're going to do.

Jackson (I think is his name) and Stephanie both deserve raises. Rating a 5 simply because of their efforts to make my kids party a good one. It was basically like they were the only 2 there all night. I believe they said they had 19 parties today! There was a huge fight that they had to handle on their own until police showed up, and I believe both of them were physically assaulted. There is no way they get paid enough for what they do. And still made sure they did everything they could to make sure the other people in the building were happy and safe. There’s no point in even complaining about anything because the only reason for anything going wrong was completely out of their hands. They also gave a significant discount because they knew it was a total mess. This was our first time there and I’m not sure we will ever go back because the crowd itself was just awful (no fault of management or ownership). I can’t believe people act like that in a place for children. However Jackson and Stephanie ran it as smoothly as they could and did a wonderful job doing so. Whoever runs/owns this place should be thankful to have employees like that. And the 15 kids we had there did absolutely have a blast with all the activities they have there! Hopefully they can find some more staff to help out!
