the team did a wonderful job! they replied quickly when i reached out through the contact form, and setting up an appointment by email was really easy. i got scheduled just a couple days later, which was super convenient. eric, the technician, was fantastic—he explained every step of the air duct cleaning process, was upfront about the pricing, and worked carefully and efficiently. he even showed me before and after photos and videos of my ducts, and the difference was amazing. the house smells a lot fresher now since all the built-up pet hair and dust in the vents is gone. i definitely recommend smart washington air duct cleaners for anyone in washington looking to improve their indoor air quality!

I was really impressed with the air duct cleaning service. I had heard that some duct cleaning companies aren’t trustworthy, but I could tell our house needed a good cleaning. Smart Washington Air Duct Cleaners did a fantastic job—Eric was very professional, and now the air in our home feels much fresher and cleaner. I noticed a big difference after they finished. Our community has relied on their air duct cleaning services for several years, and there’s a reason we keep coming back—they’re dependable and easy to work with. My earlier review focused on a couple of isolated interactions, but that doesn’t truly represent the quality of their work overall. After my previous comments, I received a call from the owner, who was very understanding and eager to address any concerns. The team member who handles scheduling is always helpful, and the staff who answer the phones are friendly and professional. Most of the technicians who have cleaned our community’s air ducts have been thorough and courteous. I realize now that my review shouldn’t have been influenced by just a few moments, since the company consistently provides excellent air duct cleaning. They always go out of their way to resolve any concerns and make sure customers are happy with the service. I especially want to thank Eric and Johnathan for their outstanding job during their recent visit. They were polite, professional, and took great care with the cleaning. I’m very satisfied and look forward to our next air duct cleaning appointment.

We had a fantastic experience with this air duct cleaning company. We found them online and were happy to see how flexible their scheduling was. Before arriving, they gave us a call to let us know they were on their way. Eric and Johnathan were both very friendly and professional throughout the process. They did a very detailed job cleaning our air ducts and even showed us before and after photos, which really helped us see the difference. The price was fair and reasonable. We’re definitely planning to use their air duct cleaning services again. Great work!

i called a few times with questions about air duct cleaning and always got helpful, patient answers. the team showed up right on time and worked efficiently. they were very polite and made sure to clean up after finishing the job. i was surprised to see how much dust and debris they removed from my ducts! i would definitely recommend Smart Washington Air Duct Cleaners if you need your air ducts cleaned in washington. eric and johnathan did a great job.
