I recently viewed a rental property and had the pleasure of meeting Lisa Gorman from SOCO Realty. Lisa was warm, friendly, approachable and so very helpful. I am very new to the rental process and still learning about how to give myself the best chance of securing a property. Upon chatting this through with Lisa, she went above and beyond to ensure that I was up to date with how things work. She even emailed me a few days later as a follow up. I give ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️for Chelsea!! I’ve been with Soco for a few years, and Chelsea has been the best property manager I’ve ever worked with. She is extremely responsible, helpful, and consistently provides excellent communication. She always replies to emails quickly and makes sure every concern is addressed. I truly appreciate how she took the time to fix issues and make everything clear and organized. Chelsea goes above and beyond, and I’m very grateful & lucky to have her as my property manager .
