The staff was welcoming and kind. My class was with Nicole, and she was an incredible instructor. Her cues were clear and concise. She offered modifications for intensity and adjusted everyone throughout class. Her energy was motivating, warm and she had a great sense of humor. It was very clear she is knowledgeable and confident in her field. I would absolutely recommend this studio.
