I could go on and on about how terrible this Sonic is. This Sonic is seriously unforgivable. You will be waiting upwards of 20 minutes to get any kind of food here no matter how busy it is. This place is right next to my girlfriends apartment and it always baffles me how they are never prepared and how they take about 10 minutes per car to serve food at what is supposed to be “fast food”. Today I went to pick up a mobile order and there was no one at the speaker after about 15 minutes of waiting, people were pulling out of the line because no one was taking our order, I waited because I had already placed my order and couldn’t leave. So I waited another 15 minutes to get to the front of the line. Words can’t describe how terrible the service always is and truly you should never ever come here. Whoever owns this place should be absolutely ashamed and Sonic should reject their ownership because it’s a stain on the franchise

I will no longer consume food or engage in work at this establishment due to the excessive presence of roaches. These pests are indifferent to whether they contaminate the food of customers. I intend to share videos and photographs of the fest station on social media platforms.

We got just drinks and pretzel twist. My son‘s orange Fanta float had a plastic lid to something in the bottom of the cup. We will be in touch with the owner. This is completely unacceptable and unsanitary and unsafe. Do not go to this location. We should’ve listened to all the other reviews that talked about how horrible it is.

Services were so terrible I could cry and the man was so rude and careless I had a number 7 and a kids meal they brought mines out as a regular cheese burger with garlic butter no bacon no onions I asked for it to be fixed First Lady walked off ignored me I push the button again the man was very rude touched my burger and took it back put bacon on it brought it back and was very nasty and mean by then the rest of me and my son food was cold including the burger he brought back. I asked for a receipt since I wasn’t given one and he got more rude I come here every other morning for breakfast

I ordered a Supersonic Double Cheeseburger Combo through uber eats to receive a soggy smashed up bun with condiments thrown on it. No patty, no cheese, nothing. At first I thought this was some kind of a joke because how stupid and incompetent can someone be to not notice they missed the most important part of the BURGER. Whoever made it or lack of thereof clearly was working with their eyes closed. What a disgrace. I'd never go back here again even if it was free. The people who work here clearly do not care about their job or their paying customers to be okay with displaying such terrible and disgraceful food handling. This Location needs to be closed down. Someone needs to be held accountable as i can't even imagine the other things they have done to other peoples food. Do yourself a favor and stay as far away from this terrible Location. I'd give it 0 stars if I could. Horrible is an understament looking at this picture. What a shame
