This is my neighborhood Whataburger. I’ve lived here over 3 years, and after multiple attempts and changes, I’ve had to start driving out to other neighborhoods to get my WB fix. This location is just so terrible! They’re understaffed all the time, so the wait for food is insane. They never get an order completely right; stuff is always missing or prepared wrong. They hate talking to customers, so it’s almost impossible to get problems fixed. And the curbside pickup is a joke. Tried it twice and had to go in to get my food each time after waiting half an hour in my car after checking in, only to find my food sitting on the counter cold each time (always missing something). Drive through takes forever. Eating in takes forever. People clutter up the parking lot asking you to buy them food. I just can’t seem to find a way to get food at this location that actually works well. I wanted it to be good!! I have given up altogether. The employees seem really overwhelmed and unhappy- my guess is management is pretty bad. There are 3 other locations within a 15 minute drive of this one; go to one of them instead. That’s what I have to do now.

Classic Texas favorite with consistently good burgers and friendly service. The food is fresh, made to order, and hits the spot every time. Great place for a quick, satisfying meal—especially late at night.

The day shift does fine. The night shift is dreadful. Tonight i ordered a kids meal, chicken strips, unsweetened tea,a cheeseburger and a cup of gravy. I was handed the tea, I tasted it, told the girl at the window it was ruin/ spoiled.she said oh, ok. That's all. No offer to get me a water or anything else. When I looked in the bag there was no cheeseburger. I told her. She said its in the bag. I said its not. She rolled her eyes, said "just give me the bag and the receipt " I did. I eventually got my bag back with burger and without my cuo of gravy this time( it was previously in the bag).went inside to get my gravy and ask for a water to replace the tea I paid for that was soured.whe I got home, the cheeseburger had no cheese and almost no meat. The patty was so thin,it looked as if it was shaved off of the top of a patty already cooked . So thin in fact, it had a hole in the middle of it.

I never leave reviews, but I called and they didn’t answer so I will say it here. Every single time me and my coworkers order uber eats from here, they don’t put the ketchup that we ask for. We don’t get lunch breaks, so we have to order. Uber eats orders matter just as much as in person orders. We always make sure to put the ketchup on our orders. For a while they weren’t giving us straws either, but they recently stopped that. This has been an ongoing issue for many weeks. Their food is great, but I don’t want their onion rings or fries without ketchup.

Great food and a wonderful atmosphere very clean. My food came out quickly and was made correctly. I was surprised they had a lock on the bathroom but overall good service.
