I can't say enough good things about Esmi and Michelle! I called Esmi when I was faced with the challenge of moving out of the home we have lived in for 20 years in a short amount of time. I was feeling totally overwhelmed and that I would never get it done by myself. Esmi jumped right in and started packing in a way that was far more organized than I could have been by myself. She worked fast, efficiently, and pointed out when I had multiple of the same item that I may not want to keep all of, items that appeared broken or expired, etc., so I was able to get rid of a large number of things that weren't worth taking to my new home. I'm confident that when we get to our new house all my items will be safely packed and easy to find. I would most definitely work with Esmi again!
I can’t share what a weight that has been lifted! Esme was communicative & punctual! She came in & helped my daughter get her room back organized and helped her create systems. I don’t know how she did it I thought she’d run when she went in there 🫣😂. But she had a plan & executed on sight! I will definitely use her expertise in the future
These ladies are wonderful. A couple of months after the unexpected passing of my daughter, I was in no condition to sort through her things and I was deeply unsettled by all the mess and chaos of my home. These sweet ladies were so compassionate as they respectfully picked through my daughter's things and helped me make decisions about what to keep and what to donate and so on. They worked incredibly fast and I was amazed at how much they were able to get done in a short period of time. After working through my daughter's room, I asked them to stay and help with other areas of the house. Because I was feeling so overwhelmed, their competent efficiency put me at ease and I was comfortable stepping back and leaving them in charge.
I needed to get personal items out of an estate property before contracting for an estate sale and selling the house, but I live in another state and had limited time to visit Texas. A professional organizer here recommended hiring Sort It Out SA. Esmi and her team were outstanding. Professional, thorough, hardworking, obviously very experienced, and upbeat, they had a well orchestrated approach and moved quickly but meticulously through every space. They didn’t miss a thing and wrapped up right on time. I have worked with other professional organizers at an office and at home and can tell she and the team are great at what they do and are dedicated to a good outcome. It was a pleasure to have them there and I was so impressed with their work. If I lived in Texas in the San Antonio area I’d definitely work with Esmi again. There’s a lot I could learn from her. It was a big project to tackle in a short time and they made it an achievable and positive experience. Bravo to Esmi and the whole crew! I recommend them wholeheartedly.
If I could leave no stars I would. I had the worst experience with this company. Esmi was rude and unprofessional, and didn’t complete the project because of her attitude. She didn’t make a clear plan to start out with to show me so we could start on the same page, and every time she came over she asked me for input and what I wanted but then she disagreed with what I wanted and was upset afterward and pouted and mumbled under her breath. She was rude to the staff she brought with her in front of me and was completely disorganized. She would complete a task and then get upset if it didn’t work for me, and then be upset fixing it right in front of me. To my point, she should have had a clear plan at the beginning and discuss with me beforehand. The last opportunity I gave her, I clearly made a list of things to do, and when I checked in she didn’t do half of it, stating that she didn’t think I needed it and i should return the items, but there was still so much to be put away. Not polite, professional, organized, or experienced. I advise you to check other organizers before trusting her. Furthermore, she asked me to participate in a before and after filming even after I told her it made me uncomfortable. I agreed out of feeling obligated, though I shouldn’t have. Even this didn’t make her more nice, or polite or agreeable. I have never had a worse experience purchasing a service that should have been a great experience. Waste of money and time!
