What a wonderful experience at South Park Animal Hospital for our two cats, Neo and Cherry. We're new to the city and our kitties are new to the country, so this was our first vet visit here for their wellness exams, blood work, and vaccines, and it could not have gone more smoothly. The whole team was great. They were very accommodating - they didn't force Neo through a urinalysis when he was already stressed, walked us through every line item on the bill, and were super quick to fix a small discrepancy in our cats' birthdays on the spot. Dr. Ro was so thorough in her exam and detailed in her explanations. She also sent us a blood work breakdown after the visit that was really comprehensive and easy to follow. The hospital was clean, the care was thoughtful, and we can't recommend them enough!

My pup was sick for about a week. I wish I would have gone to this office when she was feeling terrible. But grateful for the doctor and staff for being so attentive and helpful. My pup 🐶 barks a lot so they sat me in a room asap so she can chill.

Beautiful place with beautiful carrying people. A very cute welcome for my boy. We moved here from Campbell and we are very happy with all the attention and fast responses from the team. Really recommend it

Absolutely the best! I have complete trust in them. They consistently take excellent care of my pets. I really appreciate that they don’t push unnecessary tests, which is such a rare and valuable quality. The doctors, technicians, and entire staff are incredibly caring and truly top-notch.

My two dogs just saw Dr. Ro. The first thing that struck me as unusual is they started playfully touching the dogs faces and stomach without even knowing the dogs, especially after I told them they can be weary of strangers. Dr. Ro asked me to put a muzzle on the dogs because one of them gently bit at the air as she touched his stomach invasively. I put the muzzle on them to be safe, which is a traumatizing experience for them. Finally we got them on, then the vet listened to their heart and asked me to take the muzzle off. Then she says "okay let's put the muzzles back on so we can take a blood sample". Again? They just had the muzzles on, why didn't we just take the blood sample then? "Because that's how we do it over here". That's one of the worst answers she could have given, valuing process and logistics over the well being of the animals. Tsk. I just paid them and left. They also asked me to give 600 mg of gabapentin 2h before coming, which I did. The dogs were barely able to walk straight. After the dogs struggled with the muzzles they recommended 900 mg and trazadone. Basically they want the dogs to be so drugged up they can't even see straight. No thanks. I'd rather find a vet who actually knows how to treat animals with love and compassion, not like a clinical patient to be prodded and drugged.

I’m very grateful to the South Park team for their care and expertise! Dr Burovic and Dr Ro are both highly empathetic, friendly, and knowledgeable; on recent visits they each spent time thoroughly explaining their findings and getting to know our cats. I was able to easily schedule both wellness visits and a same-day check in on separate occasions, and found pricing to be transparent. Thank you also to Mariel, Audrey, Katie and Sachin for their kindness, efficiency and warm welcome—the personalized artwork in the exam rooms is very sweet, and intake and wait times were excellent. Thank you!
