The upbringing and treatment of visitors are disgusting; these visitors, by the way, bring money to this place. They give you a parking spot without checking beforehand, and then you have to repark, while other trucks are parked behind you in the middle of the yard. They talk as if we were riding bicycles; everything seems so simple to them. They walk around the office burping, showing no manners or tact, no sense of subordination whatsoever... just a bunch of rude, uncultured people working there!

I’ve taken my work vehicles here several times now and while there can be a wait time, it’s understandable given the amount of work these guys do. They service so many trucks and are always courteous and professional. The main waiting room is comfortable as well.

I came in to have a spare mounted. At the time they had 4 trucks in bays and bays empty. Guys walking around and not working. After waiting over an hour to get in, I asked them how much longer. Was told to go into bay 5 which was blocked by a truck and trailer in bay 4. I've never seen a Southern tire Mart laid out like this one in an L shape. I was there over 3 hrs, which is unacceptable. I get it that it was cold and nobody really wanted to work but that's your job. If I had wanted to wait over 3 hours to get a spare put on the ground I'd have gone to the TA or one of the truck stops. I have found in the past that Southern tire marts are usually pretty fast. But not this one. And one more thing, it's cold in the driver's waiting room. The restrooms are warmer then the waiting area. The only reason that I'm giving them a one star is because the guy that checked me in was very kind. But the guys out in the bay are lazy.

I've been there a couple of times and I've been satisfied with each visit. I highly recommend them. I love that they have mature employees and you can trust your service will be done accurately.

First time to their new location, I had to come in for a trailer inspection before dropping it off at the customer in town. They were busy but my wait was only about 1.5 hours and once in the shop it only took them about ten minutes to do the inspection. They have a great team there and the repair work is excellent. If you need work on your trailer or just a new tire/tire repair this is the place to get it done
