Have you ever tried to relax in a loud, crowded airport terminal and no one has shoes on? My friend and I arrived as soon as they opened. The staff and other guests spoke softly, everyone was kind, and generous of other people’s need to relax. We got a body scrub which was absolutely incredible! Would love to come back and spend more time getting every inch scrubbed and moisturized! Truly fantastic! It wasn’t until we came out of a reflexology appointment (just okay) that there was a notable difference: food buzzers going off, groups of people yelling while playing UNO, a couple watching the news on an iPad (sans headphones), several people filming/taking pictures. Not what I would consider serene. We decided to spend some time in the saunas, the majority of which were completely full. So, we went into the extra hot clay sauna where a few people were working out?!?? We left just as several couples with ROWDY children were coming in. Overall a fun experience, but was not as relaxing as expected. Very crowded.
Clean, organized & relaxing. The scrub was ok, I was supposed to have the super but they lady only did 30 minutes. The food was ok. Over all we enjoyed the experience.
The few times I’ve been here, it was been quiet and peaceful. That’s what people come to wellness centers for. Thanks for providing a clean facility, hot/ ice bath, steam room, good food, many options for people to lounge and be comfortable. The saunas are exceptional as well. So many options and this facility is very spacious. Spacious and quiet! Please keep up the great work!
I had a really relaxing time at Spa Land & Sauna. The place was clean, spacious, and had more sauna rooms than I expected😁 The hot and cold baths were perfect, and I loved that I could unwind without feeling rushed. They even provided complimentary shaving tools and a toothbrush, which was a nice touch. And the sikhye(식혜) at the café was really good. It’s a great spot to reset your mind and body. I’ll definitely come back👍
The spa facility itself was beautiful, clean, and offered a wide variety of amenities. There were multiple sauna options (including an ice sauna I had never seen before), as well as hot and cold tubs in the wet areas. I tried the V-Steam, which I found very awkward. You sit on a makeshift wooden seat in a plastic gown, essentially like a toilet, in a room with several other chairs. It felt uncomfortable and not very private. My husband and I both had body scrubs. The scrub area was very clean with many tables. My scrub was thorough and ended with what felt like a great massage—I really enjoyed it. My husband’s experience was less positive, as the therapist was very rough and it hurt his back. I also received a shiatsu massage. The therapist was professional, asked before touching my face, and the massage was excellent. On the downside, the food was not very flavorful, and the noise level could be improved. The rest area is located next to the women’s restroom, so you could hear toilets flushing, and frequent intercom announcements made it difficult for my husband to rest. Overall, the facility was impressive and offered a lot of options. With some improvements to noise control and consistency in service, it could be an outstanding experience.
