My favorite place to go when I want to recharge, disconnect, feel good and eat great food!! #13 is so so sweet and I totally recommend this place if you’re ever in Duluth!

I came here for the first time and it was very relaxing! I had an aroma oil massage with Maggie and she was very good! The saunas were very nice to lay sit in. The main hall was very clean and had lots of places to sit and lay while you’re taking breaks in between services. Everyone was very kind and I will be back soon!

J at the front desk is always welcoming, helpful, and smiling. The facility is always clean and refreshing, and the staff in the cafe are excellent. I enjoy the spa treatments regularly, which are life-changing, and you will look forward to your next visit as soon as you're leaving the parking lot! 10/10 Everytime!

So relaxing! I got reflexology with Kevin, he did a great job finding all of my spots. Definitely recommend, loved the salt sauna!
