A sanctuary in the heart of the city. Spa on Brougham was everything I needed and more. From the moment I arrived, every minute felt intentional and worth it. Having access to the pool, spa, and sauna beforehand set the tone beautifully—like my body was being gently invited to unwind before the massage and facial even began. The treatments themselves were deeply relaxing, delivered with care and professionalism. It wasn’t just a spa day—it was a full-body reset. My daughter and I did a spa experience together on a Saturday afternoon. It was truly blissful- very clean spacious facilities- steam room, sauna and hot tub. Lovely showers, towels and robes. Beautiful indoor pool at a perfect temperature to swim and exercise. Our hot stone massages were both excellent. The staff were friendly and professional. Highly recommended. Cannot wait to have another treatment soon.

Rang numerous times on Saturday 6th June, always went to voicemail. I left a message to ring or to please email me stating I was going overseas for 4 weeks the following day and wanted to book an appointment on my return for a facial, massage and use of your pool. Now I can understand you may of been busy, sick etc but I never had a phone call back or an email ever. I rang another place who did ring me back who were only to happy to book me in for facial and massage on my return.
