Gabe was able to resolve our problem during our visit. We were new to Windows 11 and didn't know how to fix a corrupted Win 11 user profile which was giving us sign in problems. We had gone to a big box store and after 4 days they were unable to fix it and recommended bringing the computer back after the holidays to do a factory reset Gabe had a different solution based on his strong knowledge of the way the software worked and figured out it was likely due to our anti-virus software not working well with the software. He was able fix it and help us speed up our computer performance and eliminate ads. Gabe was quite passionate about his interactions with clients and compassionate about our problems and explained the cause in easy to understand terms. We would recommend Gabe wholeheartedly to folks who want to resolve computer problems and optimize their system.

I had a problem with a brand new home built system that wouldn't even turn on after I finished putting everything together. I couldn't figure out the problem so I asked Gabe and he gave me a ton of good advice by text. His expertise and attention to detail helped me realize what the problem was and solve it myself but I can say without a doubt if I have any other computer problems I will contact Spacebar! Gabe was super kind and took the time out of his day to help me for free. I can't recommend this place highly enough. Thanks Gabe and Merry Christmas everyone!

Gabe has serviced my laptops for eight years and he has consistently demonstrated exceptional professionalism and provided superior customer service. Most recently he guided me through the steps to replace the frayed charger to my laptop. Via convenient and prompt texting, he detailed what to look for in a universal charger, suggested where to buy it and, importantly, specified what to ask the company tech (to check) prior to purchase. These are points I was not aware of and I greatly appreciate his advice. I highly recommend Gabe Spacebar for all your computer needs.

I had a dead power brick for my monitor and sent the information to Gabe. He did not have one on hand to repair but did find a matching brick on amazon and sent me the link free of charge! Great service like this isn't something you get very often so great work Gabe! Hopefully I don't need any computer repair work in the future but if I do Ill make sure to check in with you!
